What is It’s Sew My Party?
We create luxury sleepover parties, spa parties, creative workshops, and one-of-a-kind celebrations for kids, tweens, teens, and adults. We handle the setup, styling, hosting (for workshops), and cleanup so you can enjoy the celebration stress free.
Where are you located? Do you travel?
We are based in Liberty Hill, Texas and proudly serve Austin, Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, and surrounding areas. Travel outside our standard service area is available. Travel fees may apply.
Where can parties be held?
Almost anywhere! We can set up in client homes, clubhouses, community centers, event venues, and other approved locations. Sleepover parties require an indoor, climate-controlled space with adequate room for the tent setups.

Do you provide decorations?
Yes! Our sleepover parties include themed décor and styling as part of the experience. Balloon garlands, backdrops and large event décor may be available as add-ons or through our trusted vendor partners.
Do you ship party kits?
No. We are a fully serviced, in-person experience company and do not offer shipped party kits at this time.
What age range do you serve?
We specialize in children’s events, with our available party experiences recommended for ages 6–12.
We also offer celebrations for younger and older guests upon request. Milestone birthdays ages 5, 13, and 15 are most popular. Each party is tailored to suit their age and interests.
What is your guest minimum and maximum?
Sleepover Parties:
- Minimum: 6 guests
- Additional guests may be added based on package and space availability. Maximum 15 guests.
Workshops:
- Minimum: 6 guests
- Larger events and group celebrations can be accommodated.

How much do parties cost?
Pricing varies based on the experience selected, guest count,
customization level, and location.
Current Sleepover Party Packages:
- Classic Package: $594 (Up to 6 guests, $65 per additional)
- Signature Package: $840 (Up to 6 guests, $65 per additional)
- Premium Spa Package: $990 (Up to 6 guests, $65 per additional)
Fully Hosted Creative Workshops start at $75 per person. Bundle and save 15% when booked together with a tent party. Contact us for a personalized quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Popular months and holiday weekends often book even sooner.
Last-minute bookings may be available depending on inventory and scheduling.
Can I choose my own theme?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom celebrations. Rather than offering a limited theme list, we design experiences around your child’s interests, favorite colors, hobbies, and vision.
How does the $350 deposit work?
While we often refer to the $350 payment as a deposit, it is technically a non-refundable retainer that officially reserves your party date and allows us to begin planning and preparing for your celebration.
This is applied toward your total and deducted from the balance on your final emailed invoice.
Once booked, we begin reserving inventory, purchasing additional supplies, designing your event, and turning away other inquiries for your date. For this reason, the retainer is non-refundable, as work and preparation cannot be undone. We understand that life happens and will always approach unexpected circumstances with kindness.
Do you set up and clean up?
Yes! We handle both setup and pickup so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.
What if I don’t want an overnight sleepover?
No problem! Our Sleepunder Parties include all the fun and magic of a luxury sleepover setup without the overnight stay. Guests enjoy the experience and head home at the end of the evening.
